Garrison F. Turner has joined Frohnmayer Deatherage, et al as a shareholder.  He has been practicing law since 1973.  A former associate and shareholder of the Firm (1985 to 1994), Gary returns to the Firm following a sixteen year period of operating his own law practice in Ashland.  Gary is an experienced trial lawyer handling business and real estate disputes, family law matters, construction disputes and construction defect litigation, and insurance coverage and related litigation.  He also has substantial experience preparing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, conducting probate and trust proceedings, and real estate transactional work.
